1.Appraise the potential contribution to health improvement of different agencies and also the potential for conflict in cross-agency working;

2.Analyse the theoretical bases supporting community participation in improving health, and select and apply appropriate evidence-based methods for involving communities;

3.Interpret and critically apply current evidence on community development and organisational development for health;

4.Critically appraise different models of leadership and team building and apply them appropriately in different contexts, respecting cultural diversity.

5.Select, apply and synthesise the principles of effective, evidence-based change management.
